2000 Ride Report, Photos, and Results: Start to Beaumont
By Chuck Bramwell
I arrived at the start at 5:45 and there were already 20 riders who had arrived and were getting ready for a great day of cycling!! Here, Robert "The Bossman" Kahler and Taylor "T-Man" Grant take a last chance to Carbo-Load before facing the challenge of the 2000 Breathless Agony. Photo #1 |

Mark Parish was the first to arrive at Rest Stop #1 in Beaumont. This is the only photo I took of Mark because he had already climbed up the Oak Glen Climb by the time I had driven there. Photo #6 |

The originals of these photos are 1024x768 resolution which are large and take a long time to download. The photos above have been resized down to 320x240 resolution so they download faster.
If you would like an original photo, send an E-Mail to Chuck at CBrams@CalTripleCrown.com and mention the Photo #. He will send you the higher resolution version of any photo by return E-Mail.
There are no guarantees that digital photos will be available in future versions of the Breathless Agony -- but it was fun to do in 2000.
